Wow, this menu planning has helped so much! Except if I don't use that cilantro for the third week in a row, it's going to spoil!
Monday:
Breakfast: Asiago bagels from yesterday
Lunch: Chinese food leftovers
Dinner: Daeng-jang guk (at Koko's request... though I wonder why I always put zucchini in when she never eats it. Oh yeah, she gives it to Cheeky.)
Tuesday:
Breakfast: buttermilk pancakes
Lunch: Leftovers from last night's dinner or melted Mozzarella cheese sandwiches with tomato
Dinner: Chicken Fried Rice with cilantro
Wednesday:
Breakfast: cereal and milk
Lunch: organic ground beef hamburger meat with Little Rooster's sprouted buns
Dinner: Yukgaejang (frozen from last week)
Thursday:
Breakfast: Cereal and milk
Lunch: chicken nuggets with honey mustard sauce (Did I mention that I've been cheating and using Frying Magic and a bit of added flour because it's so salty to make this slightly healther nugget? Just for the record, I think Oven Fry used even for pan frying tastes better. Someday, I'll try that healthy nugget recipe.) or toasted sandwiches
Dinner: *Chol-myun (chewy potato noodle) with cabbage, apple, cucumber and boiled egg
Friday:
Breakfast: German pancake
Lunch: dine out
Dinner: go to a church retreat for the weekend!
