Recently, we had a blast going boating, fly fishing, and climbing (and rolling) around some fabulous sand dunes. While we were at the lodge, Koko allegedly saw some flying squirrels. I quickly informed her that she must have not seen correctly because flying squirrels are only in South America. But to double-check, I googled "flying squirrel" and yikes, I was completely off! Flying squirrels do exist in North America!
