I found two Korean cooking websites that are helpful and inspiring :)
My Korean Kitchen (I like her Dak galbi recipe), which doesn't have any current entries, but an extensive archive of recipes nevertheless and Cooking Korean Food with Maangchi which seems to have new recipes on a regular basis.
Unfortunately, I can't find a recipe for the Kwangju Bossom mustard sauce that I am crazy about. If anyone knows this recipe, please contact me!
