Last week's menu really helped a lot. I ended making some different dishes, so a few repeats.
*Monday:
Who Bread
Deviled eggs (Hannah's recipe is the bomb. Hannah, how about posting it in your blog?)
Fish cake soup
Spicy Ddukbokki for the adults, and a teriyaki version for the kids
Salad with veggies, bacon, and French dressing (my new favorite!)
Chocolate Crinkle Cookies
* I didn't plan to cook this much. It just happened and so I just wrote what I did.
Tuesday:
Lunch:Chicken nuggets and honey mustard sauce
Dinner: Steamed dumplings, leftover fish cake soup, corn on the cob, salad with Annie's Thousand (Koko didn't eat much, but did try a bite. Is not into new dressings.)
Dessert: Chocolate Crinkle Cookies with strawberries (Husband wants to eat these everyday. Kids are just okay with them. I think they were slightly undercooked.)
Wednesday: Vegetable Lasagna (Koko actually thanked me for making this last week and only picked off a little of the mushrooms :) )
Thursday: Asiago bagels and creamy tomato soup
Friday: Winter Beef casserole with carrots and celery or yukgaejang
Saturday: Potato salad and leftovers
Sunday: Fried rice with chicken and cilantro
