Menu Planning

I am so bad at menu planning, but Shannon's recent post (I have to try her oven fries soon!) motivated me to be more disciplined. Yesterday, we had rice and fried tofu, so for the rest of the week:

  • Asparagus and ground beef spaghetti
  • Wild salmon and rice or Thai-inspired chicken and cilantro fried rice* (Made daejang guk instead)
  • Fish cake soup*
And some desserts I would like to try:

Lemon bars sound very yummy! Josh's bday is next week so I am saving my dessert for CAKE!

I write on a post-it what I have available to make that week and post it by my kitchen cabinets. That helps me alot.
