I'm so excited that I can hardly contain myself. Noellesumma (Umma means "mom" in Korean) has finally posted her infamous macaroni and cheese recipe. This, and many of her recipes are staples in my household and are eaten with gusto by everyone who has the opportunity to sample her culinary genius.
Even my picky nephew who hardly eats anything will eat this macaroni sans the breadcrumbs. But still--he eats it and that's nothing short of a miracle.
I've been testing out recipes from the Sneaky Chef and tried the white puree #4 (steamed cauliflower, raw zucchini, lemon juice, water) with Noellesumma's Macaroni and Cheese recipe and it still turned out delicious. Noellesumma's add-ins of crumbled bacon, chopped tomatoes, boiled eggs, and green onions sound delectable as well. I'm telling you, this recipe is that good. Try it tonight!
