Book list

I truly adore book lists. I was inspired by Kyrie's wonderful list  to create my own.  Feel free to leave a link to your own list or even recommend a book. I'm always adding to the list so check often. Books with an asterisk* are either Korean books written in Korean or translated in English.

Movies

The Secret of Roan Inish (We bought this very cheap at Target and my husband and I were pleasantly pleased. The kids even loved it, though Cheeky was worried that the little boy would fall from his cradle boat.)

The Way Home (I found this in my library's state database! I would recommend this for a little older children, but definitely a must-see for adults!)

Note about Korean books:

Korean books are a little hard to find in the states. One option is Hanbooks. You can ask your local Korean book store to give you a discount if you buy in bulk.  Don't forget to check your state library database! Some libraries have funds just for language materials so you might even be able to request a specific purchase. I know one library that just ordered a bunch from Hanbooks.
